Thanksgiving
We play a series of games Sunday Nov 19h vs. the Florida Junior Blades
Players are free to go home on Monday Nov. 20th
All players must be back in Fort Myers Sunday Nov. 26th. We have regular practice on the 27th and we cannot afford to have players returning sometime of Monday the 27th.
Please adhere to these plans.

Christmas Holiday Break

Our last games are December 17th Time TBD
Please nobody should book a flight on Dec 17th
It would be a conflict in the schedule. These are critical games for our teams and they are against the Southern conference teams.

Accordingly, Players and parents should plan on flights home on December 18th

Players should book their return flight December 31st. We practice Jan 1st and Jan 2nd and head out to Boston by bus. We need to have everyone here so we can get practice in on Jan 1st and an early morning practice on the 2nd. No exceptions

No players are not allowed to take their equipment home during the Christmas break. We experienced in the past players equipment not arriving back, players getting injured etc; the airlines are booked solid, travel is heavy airports congested and we can not risk this scenario.
It would be very selfish of a player to take their equipment home and risk hurting the team. One year a players equipment ended out in South America. One year we had 4 players without equipment at the Main College Showcase in Boston.

There are well over 100 college scouts in Boston that weekend. We cannot take any chances.

Guys you go home for the holiday to spend time with your family and close friends. It is a special time and you should do family things etc. It is not the time to practice and play games or scrimmages. Many situations in the past players getting hurt etc. So the resounding and unequivocal position is NO. Thanks you

I often say when the mail man goes on vacation he does not get up every morning and deliver the mail on his vacation days off.

Please share these dates with your parents. These are the same dates we repeatedly told you since August when you arrived during the orientation and meetings with the players.
