Florida Eels Alumni Mario Puskarich signs with ECHL contract with the Manchester Monarchs. Mario now wearing 37 as Monarch. He completed an outstanding career at the University of Vermont notching 50 goals in his NCAA career. The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL Las Angeles Kings.

Junior Career;
Stared with the Florida Eels. He along with 5 other Eels players that team year went on to play NCAA Div. 1 and 3 college hockey.
Mario later moved on to the NAHL and the USHL . Later he moved on to the Langley Rivermen (BCHL) in 2012-13 and won the Brett Hull Trophy as the BCHL scoring champion after amassing 41 goals and 89 points … Posted 16 more points than any other BCHL player and also led the league in power play scoring with 22 points … Named a BCHL First Team All-Star in the Coastal Conference … In 2011-12, he ranked 18th in the BCHL with 31 goals and averaged roughly a point per game over 60 regular season contests with Langley.
